If your practice management (Scheduling) software is on the approved list, and available for Full-Automation with PracticeOwl, here’s how to connect it:

1. Sign up for a PracticeOwl account.
2. Answer all the questions during the signup process.
3. After successful signup, log into your office practice-management software (Genesis, etc) and find the Integrations area. Follow the instructions to approve the PracticeOwl integration with your Practice Management Software.
4. After confirmation of successful integration by your office software program, go back to PracticeOwl and login to your dashboard.
5. Click on at the top right.
6. Click If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us via our Support Ticketing System.
