Why am I no longer getting videos?
In certain situations, you may stop receiving educational videos.
Here are a few of those circumstances:
- You’ve not been adjusted by your chiropractor for quite a while.
- You’ve switched chiropractic offices, and your new clinic does not subscribe to PracticeOwl.
- If you opt out of receiving text messages, by replying “STOP,” you won’t receive videos.
- If you’ve complained to the staff or the clinic about receiving text messages, it’s possible they manually opted you out.
- You’re using an international phone that doesn’t have a United States local phone number.
- If your office accidentally mistyped the wrong phone number for you in your account.
- You provided a land line phone number to the clinic (PracticeOwl only supports mobile phone users)
- If you’ve not been in to visit your chiropractor for regular checkups for a while, you may not get any more videos.
The simplest and healthiest way to potentially fix this issue, is to visit with your chiropractor and get adjusted! This should restart the delivery.
