Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically* to avoid interruption of your PracticeOwl journey.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open Account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Once you provide billing information PracticeOwl will charge any fees and the first payment due on signing and thereafter on that same day monthly or annually, if you choose the annual subscription option.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month on the day you subscribed (+/- 3 days)** unless canceled.
If you signed up on the 20th of the month on our monthly subscription plan, PracticeOwl will bill you for your implementation charge (if any) and the first month’s subscription that day and on the 20th of each subsequent month for the service. Your billing cycle would run on the 20th of every month thereafter unless canceled.
Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each year to which you originally subscribed (+/- 3 days)**, unless canceled.
If you signed up on the 10th of March on our annual subscription plan, PracticeOwl will bill you for your implementation charge (if any) and the first yearly subscription that day and on the 10th of the same month each subsequent year for the service. Your billing cycle would run on the 10th of March of every year thereafter unless canceled.

* Due to changes in regulations, some payment methods may not support automatic payments unless they comply with RBI’s e-mandate guidelines. Please get in touch with your payment partner for more details. In case your payment partner does not support automatic payments, you will have to manually authenticate your card every time when payment is due.
** For both the monthly and yearly subscriptions, please note that there might be a 3-business day difference for your charges based on holidays and/or differing days in a given month. This is why it’s important to understand that your anniversary charges might be +/- 3 days ahead/behind your anniversary date.
