To pause or stop videos being sent for any reason:

Practitioners – Pause For All Patients

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Click the My Office tab in the left sidebar.
3. Click the ⏸︎ All Videos button in the top right.
4. 
5. This will pause all videos for all of your patients.
6. To Resume, click the ► All Videos button.

Practitioners – Pause Single Patient

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Click the Patients tab in the left sidebar.
3. Click on the patient’s name to see their details.
4. Click on the Actions dropdown button and select Opt-Out from the menu.
5. Confirm the Opt-Out. Your patient will not receive any videos.
6. To Resume, click the Opt-In in the Actions dropdown menu.

Practitioners – Stop All Videos

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Follow the steps to Cancel your subscription.

Patients – Stop All Videos

1. To opt out of videos, simply respond STOP to any SMS message from your mobile device.
