On Your Mobile Device

1. When you receive your SMS message, click the link.
2. Push play on the video and enjoy!
3. Feel free to rewatch and share the video as much as you’d like.
4. Links are good for 72 hours.

From Your Dashboard

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. If you need help logging in, please read this article.
3. Click the Explore tab in the top menu.
4. You can watch and rewatch any video in your library.
5. To request more videos, please visit your chiropractor.
