Reasons you cannot log in:

Practitioners

  1. You may have forgotten your password. 
  2. You did not confirm your email address at sign-up
    • Check your email (including Spam) for prior correspondence from PracticeOwl
    • Click the Log In button in the top menu. Enter your last known email and password and Click the Resend Confirmation link. Follow the instructions in the email.

Patients

  1. You may have forgotten your password. 
  2. You did not confirm your email address at sign-up
    • Check your email (including Spam) for prior correspondence from PracticeOwl
    • Click the Log In button in the top menu. Enter your last known email* and password and Click the Resend Confirmation link. Follow the instructions in the email.
    • * Your account was set up for you, using the email address you provided your practitioner. This would be the email your chiropractic office uses to correspond with you.
