The amount you were charged and the schedule (monthly / yearly) you selected when you initially signed up with PracticeOwl, will be your recurring payment amount and schedule.

If you selected to be charged on a monthly recurring basis, that same rate you were first charged will occur at the same rate and schedule (same day each and every month +/- 3-days) while your account is active.

If you selected to be charged on an yearly recurring basis, that same rate you were first charged will occur at the same rate and schedule (same day and month, each year +/- 3-days) while your account is active.

PracticeOwl has the right to change its pricing. Users will be notified within 30 days in the event of a fee increase. However, your price will not be changed as you will be grandfathered in on pricing at the time you signed up, unless you cancel. 

It is anticipated that pricing generally will rise due to rising operational costs and other considerations.
